4-Steps Processes
Courtpearl used to deliver our services in the following 4-steps processes:
Step 1: Needs Diagnosis and Communication
A dedicated service team will be established to conduct in-depth research on the client’s business background, investment objectives, core needs, and potential concerns through face-to-face and online meetings. This will clarify the scope of services and expected outcomes, and form a preliminary service plan framework.
Step 2: Plan Customization and Confirmation
Based on the needs diagnosis results, combined with Vietnamese market research data and industry experience, a detailed customized service plan will be developed, including service content, implementation steps, timelines, and budget. Multiple rounds of communication and adjustments will be conducted with the client until the plan is confirmed and signed.
Step 3: Implementation and Tracking
All services will be implemented according to the confirmed plan. A project progress tracking mechanism will be established, with weekly progress reports submitted to the client, providing timely feedback on implementation issues and solutions. We will strengthen our connection with local Vietnamese resources to ensure efficient progress.
Step 4: Delivery and After-Sales
Upon completion of the service, we will submit complete delivery documents (such as research reports, licenses, and cooperation agreements) to the client, and conduct a product acceptance inspection. We will provide 3-6 months of after-sales tracking services to answer any follow-up questions and assist in resolving any issues that may arise after implementation.
